The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach all major Sydney attractions. The rooms come with a convenient kitchenette, balcony, and a broken bed which was a downside. The service was friendly, but the absence of the manager affected efficiency. The hotel offers laundry facilities. The dining experience featured delicious marmalade. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is conveniently located close to Paddy's Market and the Light Rail stop, making it easy to explore all areas of Sydney. The staff are friendly, but there were challenges when the manager was unavailable. The rooms have a kitchen, which is convenient, but the cleanliness, particularly the replacement of towels only without proper cleaning, was lacking. The bed quality was also not up to par.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is superb, close to all attractions and Darling Harbour, but the uphill slope was a bit challenging. The rooms were spacious and had a kitchenette, which was convenient, but the lack of service because the manager was away was disappointing. The dining experience was creative but not perfect, and the facilities were decent overall.
